SKETCH
TAPE DRAWING
This is a process of translating sketch into physical 3D mock-ups. Shoes possess intricate forms and surfaces, making it challenging for 2D sketches to accurately depict their appearance. As a result, utilizing a tape drawing can enhance our visual communication and provide a clearer representation of the shoe design.

CLAY MODEL
Utilizing air-dry clay to craft the midsole enables me to produce a highly precise midsole model. During this process, we can also address certain concerns that are not evident in the sketches. By merging this clay model with the tape drawing, I can achieve a comprehensive representation of the shoe design.
REFINEMENT
On the basis of the existing prototype, use tape to continue to modify the upper pattern.
